Uneco de Meester (CEO)
Uneco de Meester is the CEO of Outperform. He is an experienced manager with wide international manufacturing and supply chain systems experience.
His strength lies in his ability to assemble, manage and motivate teams of specialists in complicated international projects
and ensure communication at and between all levels. Prior to founding Outperform, he was the European Services Director at
Infor and manufacturing manager at Unilever.
Uneco holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Delft University of Technology.
Raj Sreerangam (COO)
As the COO, Raj Sreerangam leads the sales, services and support organization. Raj is one of the founders of Outperform.
Prior to Outperform, Raj served in several companies Fygir, SCT and Infor, and implemented planning solutions for over 25 companies all over the world.
Raj holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Wichita State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.
Jurriaan van der Lingen (CTO)
Jurriaan van der Lingen is the CTO of Outperform, responsible for defining, developing, and sustaining all product lines in the company. He joined Outperform in 2007 to lead the development team that delivers the Outperform Planning solution. Prior to joining Outperform, Jurriaan was the senior director of development at Infor, where he developed a Relationship Management system. Previously, Jurriaan was a senior director at Fygir, where he created an advanced planning system which is still in use at Fortune 50 companies around the world. He was also instrumental in the development of the scheduling solution that is used at food and beverage companies around the world. Jurriaan holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Amsterdam.
