Client Appreciation Day 2011
Delft, 10th June 2011
On June 9th Outperform hosted the Client Appreciation Day in Delft, the Netherlands.
It provided the opportunity to discuss the direction of our solutions and become an even better connected community. The day was attended by people from 7 different countries. Uneco de Meester, Managing Director of Outperform started the day with a presentation on past, present and future. This also gave many clients insight on the non client facing part of the organization, contributing to the success of our projects.
Jurriaan van der Lingen, in his role of Software Architect presented the product development direction around the theme "Simplicity versus Complexity". Our commitment towards delivering a high degree of fit remains undiluted and ample time was assigned to ensure clients were involved. Jurriaan showed new and expanded functionality covering:
- Sales and Operations Planning
- Inventory Optimization
- Sourcing & Procurement
- Data management
Barbara Roos, Principal Consultant, led the client perspective presentations. This session brought the collective experience to the surface and laid the basis for further discussions and knowledge sharing. The clients who could not be present contributed through video presentations.
Henk Jan Rijkse of Chainresult covered the consultant perspective and provided meaningful food for thought on the link between change management and supply chain planning projects.
Discussions continued during a boat tour through the canals of Delft and dinner.
